GraceWay is a body of believers where you witness the love of God through the lives of people as they warmly welcome you to come and grow in your relationship with Christ. We seek God’s presence through songs of worship, times of prayer, and messages from God’s Word!
WHERE GOD HAS TAKEN US
GraceWay has faithfully existed and operated since approximately 2010. During this time, GraceWay has seen incredible movements of God whereby many lives have been changed through God’s grace. Notwithstanding this incredible history, GraceWay felt compelled by God to take a step of faith in 2021. That is, during a pandemic, GraceWay purchased, renovated, and moved to a new campus. GraceWay believes this calling was prompted by a desire to minister to kids and youth in the area, as well as a desire to reach additional members of this community. GraceWay is committed to this calling and remains excited about the things God is doing in this ministry!
OUR LEAD PASTORS
Pastors Chaz and Bethany Coleman joined GraceWay in January of 2021 and currently serve as GraceWay’s Lead Pastors. As Lead Pastors, Pastors Chaz and Bethany Coleman facilitate GraceWay’s services throughout the week and are heavily involved in GraceWay’s long-term planning. They also oversee GraceWay’s Young Adult and Youth Ministries. In addition to their heart for ministry, Pastor Chaz Coleman is a licensed attorney and Pastor Bethany Coleman is a Kindergarten Teacher. Both recently welcomed their firstborn son, Jentzen Coleman and are excited to raise him at GraceWay Church!
Our senior & founding Pastors
Pastors Rick and Judy McDonald are the founders of GraceWay Church and serve as the Senior Pastors for this ministry. As Senior Pastors, Pastors Rick and Judy McDonald oversee all of GraceWay’s ministries and provide spiritual guidance for GraceWay’s entire congregation. Their philosophy of ministry is rooted in their deeply held conviction that people matter to God. With over 35 years in ministry, along with graduate degrees in education, they bring relevant insight from God’s Word that empowers people to come to know Jesus and grow in their relationship with Him. Pastors Rick and Judy McDonald serve as teachers in the local school system.
OUR ASSOCIATE PASTORS
Pastors Brian and KaLyndia Opbroek joined recently joined GraceWay Church in January of 2025! Prior to joining GraceWay Church, they spent nearly 30 years in ministry in the greater Shreveport area. Pastor Brian Opbroek is a published author and traveling speaker. His book titled “I’m Her Dad” has previously been listed as an Amazon Best Seller. In addition to being a local school teacher, Pastor KaLyndia Opbroek has also spoken at multiple conferences alongside with Pastor Brian Opbroek. They are the proud parents of four daughters: KaLeigh, Bethany, Callie-Ruth, and Sarah!
